Edible Garden Project at The Cellar Restaurant

Back in May, our Parks & Gardens crew were engaged by The Cellar Restaurant in Pokolbin to prepare the entrance for their reopening at Hunter Valley Gardens.

Our team have been back! This time we worked in the interior of the space creating a unique edible indoor garden filled with herbs, vegetables and edible flowers!

It was such a fun and satisfying project and we loved working with restaurant owners Gary and Vanessa again.
