If you have ever popped into our office, phoned or emailed, or messaged us on Facebook you’ve likely met our wonderful Karen.
Karen is the Administration Manager at Huntlee Academy. We’ve been lucky enough to have her with us for more than two years.
Before coming to the Academy, she managed a serviced office in Newcastle for 10 years and before that was a telephone operator for Newcastle Taxis for 16 years.
In a typical working day, Karen will be answering phone calls, managing accounts, responding to emails and generally keeping our busy office running smoothly. A daily highlight is all the beautiful kangaroos that congregated around the (former) office everyday to feed.
Karen says the best part of the job is:
“working with great people, working hard but having laughs”.
